Where Do You Ship Your Products?

We ship orders to all U.S. states and territories. We also ship internationally to more than 160 countries, including Canada, Mexico, Australia and India.

We do not currently ship to European Union (EU) countries due to VAT tax restrictions. EU residents can still order from our shop on Etsy.

Are Your Earrings Hypoallergenic?

Yes, all of our earrings are hypoallergenic and nickel-free. We have not received any reports of customers having any allergic issues with our earrings.

What are the Earring Hooks Made of?

All of our earring hooks are made from either gold-plated or silver-plated surgical steel.

Do You Also Sell Clip-On Earrings?

Not currently but clip-ons are something that we may add in the future.

Do You Make the Charms?

No, we purchase charms that fit the aesthetic of the Cloudverse brand. We also purchase earring hooks that meet our high quality standards. We then assemble the earrings by hand before shipping them out to our customers.

Where Do You Buy Your Charms and Hooks?

We purchase the components of our earrings from various sources both online and locally.

How Should I Care for the Earrings?

All of our jewelry products are delicate and should be cared for as such. Due to COVID-19, we sanitize all my packages and products before shipment and we recommend that you do the same as soon as they arrive.

Can I Cancel My Order?

We don't allow order cancellations after an order shipping label has been printed.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible at contact@cloudverse.co and we will be happy to cancel your order if the shipping label has not already been printed.

If your cancellation is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment card within a few days.
